Comments: basement is dry.....sump pump went off every 15 seconds for a few hours, but everything held up.  It was a ton of rain so I'm sure that won't happen as often as it used to.  We did notice that it hardly went off before the heavy rains came....which was great.

His work was very detailed and he even pointed out things that were problems that we didn't know about, which was a big help. Comments: From Liz and Hank of Phillipsburg, New Jersey : Joe was immediately responsive, thorough and extremely helpful in getting us through the results of Hurricane Irene! He built a great sump pump and gave us wonderful ideas for positive ways to remediate existing and potential problems with the hydraulics of our house. He got in there and did the dirty work, thinking carefully about where to place the pump, then quickly and efficiently digging a spot where he placed not one, but two sump pumps so one could take over for the other as need be. Joe was accomodating to our financial constraints during this time. We would strongly recommend him to anyone who has unusual and urgent needs, as well as routine repairs and upgrades. Great work!!!

Comments: Joe was great. I called first thing in the morning with no water and he was there an found the problem by 10 AM. He quickly diagnosed that it was an electrical problem and was able to correct the problem. He was concerned, which I really appreciated, that the problem had occured and recommended I have the electrical panels checked to insure there was not an unsafe condition.

He gave me a price which was about the same as the other three contractors which I contacted. He told me that he would be able to come to my residence and install it the same day. That being said, he came and installed the new one with a very professional and courteous personality. I would highly recommend his work.
